Calls are free of charge from home or public payphones.

Iif you call from a mobile phone you should dial the Single European emergency call number of 112 (see below).

You are able to call 112 and get through to the emergency services in all European Member States. So, anyone travelling within the Union only has to remember one number which guarantees a quicker and more efficient response.
