La Paloma - Verteuil
Gill & Neil Elsom are your hosts at the small family run hotel & restaurant peacefully situated on the edge of the historic village of Verteuil sur Charente, with its magnificent Chateau set on the river that runs through the heart of the village.
They have a fourty cover restaurant serving dishes made from local produce.
There is a large terrace for alfresco dining that overlooks the peaceful gardens where there is an outdoor play area for children.

Served in the Restaurant/Bar every day from 7.30am to 9.30am
Continental breakfast 6 euros. Full English breakfast available at a supplement of 3 euros.

Lunch
Served in the Restaurant or on the Terrace from 12.00 -2.00pm
Daily lunch menus from 12,50 euros, A la carte options & Blackboard Specials
Children’s Menus 7 euros.

Picnic lunches can be provided by prior arrangement from 10 euros per person
Sunday Lunch

Served 12.00 – 2.00pm Reservations advisable, 15 euros per head.

DIRECTIONS
La Paloma is situated between the cities of Angouleme and Poitiers, just off the N10 (Route National 10) from Poitiers or Angouleme - see the map.

There are no signs to La Paloma from this point, keep going past the Chateau gates, through the village, bear left at La Poste, over two bridges then turn right into rue de la Fontaine.
